Hi this is the update to my previous post I'm a little slow at updating my response after I posted that to yelp I got a call from Ann Montoya @ ford who wanted to know what was going on and my experience and I basically rehashed everything I put in my yelp response and she was sympathetic said the sales manager that I dealt with was no longer there ,so she issued me a new card but due to me not picking up my messages for two weeks I found she had sent t(he card out the very next day after I talked to her but my time lag was two weeks before I realized that she was having it next day air to my house and FedEx wouldn't deliver to a PO Box but once I called her and gave her my physical address it came the next day and although I've only dealt with the two people at the dealer and her I would have no problems with dealing with ann again I found her very professional and straightforward and she actually followed through on what she said she would do so I gave her five stars very good customer service and thank you Ann
