rev:text	Unfortunately these guys service SoCal as well. I called my home warranty company, Fidelity National, regarding my salt cell and heater. They recommended Southwest Pool & Spa. I saw their reviews on Yelp but believe in giving everyone the benefit of the doubt. Before they can even address the problems I called in for, they said I needed a new pump, antenna and user interface unit. Funny how these all worked before they arrived. 8 weeks and 3 tech later the problem still is not fixed. These guys do not know what the hell they were doing. Fidelity paid $1300 for a new pump. I ended up paying $300 for the antenna on Amazon which they wanted to charge $500, $200 for the installation and another $400 for the interface, which I plan to have another company install. I don't plan to renew my warranty with Fidelity because Southwest Pool & Spa did such a shitty job. I would give them zero star if that was possible. Jose is extremely rude. Never use these guys!
