rev:text	I have had the most horrendous and totally disappointing experience I have ever had with a mover. I contacted them well over a month before the move, I specifically requested that I had to have a morning appointment. The salesman Jason did say that appointments are set the day before but with that much notice it shouldn't be a problem. They contacted me 24 hours prior to the move time to tell me that I had a 1 to 3 p.m.appointment the next day. I being very upset was told the bottom line was that I could accept that appointment, or cancel and try to reschedule. I having no viable choice accepted the 1 to 3 time schedule. Jason informed me that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. At 2:30 pm I called Jason and he restated again that they would be there. After several calls (5 to be exact, each with a different arrival time) they did finally show up at 6:40 pm. Team leader Marco and 2 others showed up rather weary and exhausted had me to show them what was to be moved. within less then 5 minutes they informed me that my move was being cancelled because they found bed bugs. This was an absolute lie but they were determined not to do the move. Marco told me that Jason would call me back (which he never did) and was gone before any one from Triple 7 would contact me to explain. I HIGHLY recommend that nobody ever even given them a chance! They may have some good people working there but do you really want to given a chance that you get one of them and not one of their liars?
