I was charge $50 for service fee. Armand could not install my garage door key pad because he advised that my mother board was not functioning to program code. From our phone conversations and text message it seemed like it would work from what he advised me. The questions to ask before you have him come to service your garage door is, will I be charged a service fee? And how much will the service fee be if he can't even install the key pad. He was prompt and answered calls right away, but if you can't even install it don't think that is right to charge $50. Anyway that is my opinion. I called Shea garage doors and they advise me they will look at it for free if they can't install. So do your home work first and ask the question. Will I be charge? If I would have know he was going to charge me $50 even if he couldn't install it I would have said no thank you. I will look else where.
