  • If I could give zero I would. Luckily I wasn't the one looking to use this company to rent from, but my son was. He is a young adult and was looking to rent a house as he has a service dog who needs space. Tim was person he spoke with and unfortunately my son was denied, that was not the problem though. This company took 500 deposit that they said was refundable and held money for closer to three weeks. When I went to pick up deposit he was not only rude and condescending to me but couldn't even look me in the eye. I told him I was glad we didn't have to work with this company and he said he was glad he didn't have to work with me? WTF this is not how a company should treat people. I would NEVER RECOMMEND!!!
