Bad management. We had an argument about the contents of our food. We ordered takeout and couldn't eat it because of religious reasons. After speaking to the manager and explaining to her that we can't eat the food she refused to refund our money or replace the food. She also refused to give us her name. Which manager, in the history of managers refuses to give their name to a customer?!?! Soon after a 30 min discussion with her she finally agreed to give us our money back, if we came ourselves to the store to get the refund.
Be carful what you're dealing with and what exactly you order...Because she won't refund your food.
