  • People do not understand my love for soup. During a heat wave or a snowstorm, you would probably see me devouring some sort of a bowl full of goodness. Panera Bread has lived up to my expectations. Been to this particular locations numerous times and have found the food to be delicious every single time. I love the Sonoma Chicken Stew in a bread bowl. I've encountered both good and bad customer service. Sometimes I would ask about the ingredients in a particular soup and would get a snotty reply. Other times I would get my questions answered no problem. It's a hit or a miss!
