  • So I left the previous review with waiting for the 2nd person to show up for the AC repair. He did show up and checked the air return removing the caps from the screws that fastened the grate onto the wall. He was up on the roof for some time and comes down and asks if he can "borrow" a 9 volt battery. I ask him about the cap and he looks in his pocket and finds only 1. Says he will look up on the roof as it probably dropped. I leave him to his work and about an hour later go out to see how much longer it will be so I can turn on ac. He is gone!!! I called their company and of course get an answering service where I leave a message. Someone calls me back later and I tell them after 2 calls I still do not have air. She tells me she will send someone the next day. I tell her to please have them bring the cap and also a battery. They got here the next morning and I immediately remind them of the cap. After they finally (mind you, this is after the 3rd crew since they replaced the compressor 2 days ago) get me air going. No cap, no battery. Plus a mess for me to clean up in my guest closet where they had insulation all over the clothing and carpeting. I have called this company several times trying to get the cap and for my battery to be replaced as it is a spare just in case my security system needs one. I also called my warranty company who contacts me and tells me they will be contacting me the next day to let me know when this will happen. I wait and no call and I end up calling them a week later. I am promised these items will be delivered to me next day. That day goes by and nothing. I call them the next day and they say they are mailing me a battery and they need a photo of the grill where the cap is missing in order to replace it. Need I say that the next time I have my warranty company send someone here it certainly won't be Crispy Air. They were OK before they had to make that 2nd and then 3rd trip. If they had the air going after 1 trip the rating would be much higher. Also if the first repairman would have had a ladder long enough to reach it would have been higher. It is hard to believe that any AC company would not have ladders to reach higher 2nd story roofs.
