  • Roaches Roaches Roaches My sister moved from one apartment to another within this same complex. As we were moving her stuff in we noticed a dead cockroach in the Windowsill....As we continued unpacking we also noticed our ankles were being bitten up by mosquitos! By the next day the roaches were coming out freely and my nephew's legs were covered in bites. Long story short she asked to break her lease and was told she must give them a chance to spray and get rid of them (now she is only referring to the roaches but my sister and my nephew were expected to stay in the same until while the roach infestation resolved itself and they continued to be to bitten by the mosquitos). Ummm no. Then Charlene called her ranting about how she couldn't "self treat" for the mosquitos and roaches (please not the exterminator didn't mention this morning did the the front office say anything or put this in their lease). To add insult to injury we found out that the prior tenant moved out for the reasons mosquitos and roaches). She stated she explained this but nothing was done....Beware they lie get caught and do just enough to appease you. RUN AWAY!!!! Oh and this roach infestation is occurring right across from the 2 bedroom 2 bath model directly across from the pool!!!!
