  • Hollywood cone is a super popular dessert place serving "mutant shakes", banana splits, soft serve icecream, along with a lot more. We ordered the Titanic Split, which is an 18-inch banana split, and their The Chief Willum which is one of their mutant shakes. The banana split came with bananas, chocolate or vanilla ice cream chosen by you, turtles, Oreos, Oreo crumble, and some other pieces of chocolate along with whipped cream. We were 5 people and we barely finished it (by the end we were a bit miserable). It tasted alright but I feel like you kind of get tired eating the same thing for a long time, I would recommend splitting one of their regular sized banana splits with a friend. We also thought that the Titanic could have used a touch more banana, but not that big of a deal. The Titanic was $25 so not a bad deal if you're splitting between 5 or more. On to the Chief. It was a caramel milkshake, with caramel ice cream inside with 2 sprinkle donuts on top. The shake itself was really think thanks to the ice cream and had a nice cappuccino flavour. If you're a fan of coffee you'd enjoy it. The donuts were regular donuts that tasted like something you'd get at Tim's (which is a compliment). The shake was $12 and I felt it was overpriced. Most of our things took 35-40 minutes to come but they were pretty busy so we weren't upset about that. Do not order too much thinking you'll be okay, because we did, and most of us left stuffed and feeling like we were about to have a stomach ache! Wasn't the greatest feeling but you can't blame the venue. Order in moderation, it is a dessert place after all. Overall I'd give it a 3.5. Decor was really nice and service was also kind. I will say that this is an extremely aesthetic spot if you're into that sorta stuff. Also, our other friend got the birthday cake soft serve and it was delicious!
