I love this place!!! The people are very knowledgable. (I am a Sports & Injury Massage Specialist... so this is very crucial to me) The place is bright and very clean. (very important to me) The equipment is top notch!
I recommend this place as an adjunct treatment to my clients. Pilates is a fantastic way to rehab an injury. All too often when one is injured we want to get "back in the swing of things" so desperately that we jump the gun on the ...intensity, duration, load, etc. of our workouts. we feel a bit better, so we think we are "BETTER". (healed) Often not the case!
Then we merely re injure ourselves. This is part of what can turn an acute injury into a chronic injury. By adding Pilates, especially at a high quality establishment such as M Powered Pilates, you will have assistance by knowledgable professionals guiding you during the entire rehab process.
Moreover, I believe that it is likewise an incredible workout in and of itself (even if not rehabbing and injury) Try it as an addition to your workout schedule. Make the effort to fit it in. You won't regret it.
BTW... for all of you Macho guys who think this is ... well whatever....I give an open challenge. Try one class... and I DARE you to openly give your opinion that you do not think it is enough of a workout for you. Pilates will (if that is what you want) kick your BUTT!
