  • I can't say enough nice things about Luxe 1930; I absolutely LOVE living here. My boyfriend and I recently relocated from out of state and the staff was so kind and accommodating. They truly made the relocation itself a positive and less stressful process. The maintenance staff is just as great. Not only do they responded quickly, but they take time out of their day to say hello and make a point to even give our dog attention and remember her name!! The apartment itself is very nice as well. It has a top notch remodel, is cozy and modern. Our stainless steel refrigerator is our favorite appliance as it is so large and very well taken care of. The pool area is gorgeous and it looks like they are still updating it even more! Huge fitness center, bbq's all around, a dog park coming soon and parking in the complex is a breeze. Luxe 1930 is one of the best places to live in town!
