  • This isn't the great Bachi burger that we all remember. It's completely changed in terms of service and quality of food served. It's very sad because I've visited 3x over the last year and half and it's been the same poor service and quality each time. I'm completely heartbroken over this because I always used to bring guests Bachi Burger. I honestly won't ever come back again. The evening began with getting seated in the ramen room. They were cooking something like onion or something spicy. Everyone seated in the room was literally in tears from whatever they were cooking. Server brought some of our drinks then just disappeared. The meal was as follows: garlic edamame with no flavor. We sent them back. She had them remade but they came out with so much salt that we were cringing while eating them. Both batches were the same. We didn't bother sending them back because it wasn't worth the hassle. We asked for our fries and burgers to come out at the same time. Our fries came out 10 minutes before and were cold. The burgers finally came out and were just warm. The eggs in two of our burgers were overcooked. The other person helping the waiter brought our desserts WHILE WE WERE STILL EATING. it was the most bizarre thing ever. We told them to take them back until we were done. Finally when we ask for the desserts again, we asked for a candle. The waiter said they were out of candles and they didn't sing happy birthday . Okay fine, that's not a huge deal. It's a bit weird, but i won't hold that against them. The food, however, was bad as was the service. It honestly pains me to write this because I truly loved Bachi burger, but this is the 3rd time we have had bad service and bad food so I feel it's my responsibility to let people know that Bachi Burger is no longer a good place to eat...
