AutoNation Toyota on Sahara! You blew an easy sale boys...
Scenario: Boyfriend and I park in their lot. Walk around, see a few cars we would love to look at. Wait a minute? Where are the sharks oops I meant salespeople? Weird. So we walk into the showroom. Look around. Hmm everyone is in there own world. I help myself to some water and take a seat. Boyfriend heads over to two salesboys, but they were too busy trying to take a break, so now what? He stops another salesperson and says, "hey can we get some help? We really want to buy a car"...response: "Sorry looks like there's no-one available." Boyfriend: "Ok I guess no-one wants to make a sale then." Salesman: "Sorry but I'm busy."
What a strange experience..obviously we left considering there is a sea of car dealers on Sahara Ave. and Toyota AutoNation obviously doesn't want our business.
A simple solution boys. And a lesson in customer service is this:
Salesperson: "Hello folks welcome to Toyota AutoNation. I apologize for the wait as we are all currently handling other guests. Please have a seat, enjoy a glass of water and have a look at these (auto magazines perhaps). Someone will be with you very soon"
If that scenario occurred, I would have been led to believe, wow, these guys are good and busy. I must really have to buy my car here. Instead it was a bust...Hope you get it together boys. There is too much competition to think you can just ignore people.
