This little diner is set in an old Sears & Roebuck catalog house built in, I believe 1923. That in itself is pretty cool. The wait for an inside, air conditioned table, was only about 15-20 mins at 10am on a Sunday. Shaded outdoor seating was available immediately.
Our drink order was taken immediately after we sat and waters were brought promptly. Coffee was fresh. I had eggs benedict. While the hollandaise sauce appeared "runny" it was tasty. Price was reasonable. Less than $30 for 3 people with coffees.
Overall a nice little family owned diner with good food and reasonable prices. Will return.
