  • In all honesty, I'm more of a PetSmart fan. This PETCO doesn't offer as much, and I'm not pleased with their customer service. The only time I'll come to this chain is if I have coupons. I wanted to get my cat's nails trimmed at this location and they said I'd have to hold my cat. the whole time When I called in earlier, they said that I wouldn't be apart of the process. Cool communication.
