  • Horrible customer service. Took the car in because the check engine light was on and they charged me $110 for a diagnostic. Whatever, I need it fixed. After that, they mentioned about 10 minor things that I can fix (lights out, etc) and the Catalytic converter is out. I had it replaced 2 months ago at a dealer in Lake Havasu, and they used and aftermarket part which we told would be warrantied, but really isn't. They said it would be $1000+ to fix. I decided to have them do a couple of minor repairs that I couldn't fix. 3 hours later I was still sitting there. The service advisor gave the paperwork to the cashier to page me, and she never did! Waited an hour longer than I needed to, and paid $200 for simple repairs. Then I took it somewhere else. The $1000 problem was a $50 sensor. REALLY!?!? This place was a ripoff and they were all extremely rude. I will NOT be buying a Chevy ever again if this is the type of service I should expect.
