RUDE RUDE RUDE. When a customer approaches your counter, especially when that customer has called in advance, the correct thing to do would be to say how may I help you, or "hello" at the very least! The lady simply stared at me and raised her drawn on eyebrows without speaking a word. A facial expression implying "what do you want". The two women seemed annoyed with everyone in there. Honestly they probably are annoyed because if you need anything at all done aside from a simple pant leg hem, they likely cannot do it. While they were deciding amongst themselves whether or not they would do my garment I had gone outside and made an appointment with another business. If their customer service is any indication of their tangible work I wouldn't let them alter a costume for my dog let alone myself.
