  • Went to Mesa Pediatrics for 7 years, now have 2 children and lived the doctors. I was late to the office due to the fact I lived 25 Miles away and was turned away. My daughter was crying because she thought they were mad at her. When I explained the situation the office manager closed the door and had the front staff "deal with me". I requested medical records and filled out the paper so I would have them when I found a new pediatrician and was informed I would have to pay $10 for each child for their records, after I just drove 25 miles one way and missed 2 hours of work for an appointment they wouldnt honor. I worked as a pediatric RN for years and currently work as a RN Educator and any recommendations I had for that office are off the table. I cannot believe they are willing to loose 2 patients after 7 years, as well as any referrals I sent their way over me being late due to traffic once in seven years.
