  • Don't!!!!! Just don't!!! The hotel is dirty, missing light bulbs in the main lobby. Stood there for 15 min to check in because wonda was on the phone. She came out to check us in and her pants were unzipped. After being moved to a new room we needed to go to the front desk 3 times to get working keys. We were traveling with 3 kids ages 2,7,10. We discovered at 9:30pm that the air didn't work at all in our room. They offered to move us but the kids were sleeping so they gave us a dirty/dusty fan. I had brought one from home too so we used that. They are very understaffed, called for towels and it rang and rang and rang. Let 20min go by and called again, 10min and we had towels and it was the front desk agent. To find out the hotel was at 70% occupancy with one agent. Good thing nothing tragic happened... The phone had no directions on it, the lights were not working all the time, the bath tub didn't drain while showering so you literally stood in your own filth while showering. The breakfast is a joke, and again understaffed and out of food. And no compensation for hot room, no apology, nothing... They don't care and the staff said they don't have the money to fix things... Just stay somewhere else...
