  • This realty agency is so incompetent its ridiculous! We are constantly dealing with late rent notifications when we always pay the rent on time! We are constantly dealing w parking notices when we always park in proper parking zones! The receptionist or who ever she is caught an attitude when I refused to contact my insurance agency yet again to edit the renters insurance declaration page that she requested without asking for all the required information in the first place! She says all I have to do is make a simple phone call to them! Something that's simple for her who sits @ a desk w a phone in her hand all day is not simple for others of which I told her in those exact words! It's much simpler to make the proper request from the start! When I first rented this place the washing machine was staining my clothes & they refused to do anything about it! So I've had to use the washer without fabric softener since they won't replace or reimburse me for my damaged clothing! This is just the few issues I can think off of the top of my head! Simply said: THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! Don't bother w image realty if you are a good tenant who doesn't want to deal with unnecessary hassle & harassment! Addendum: In addition, when you move (we've moved good riddance) out they will steal your deposit! When you dispute it they lie, cheat & steal & won't return your calls or contact attempts!!! This place SUCKS EVEN MORE SO THEN MY LAST REVIEW!!!
