  • I just got an email from another person who wrote a bad review and was threatened by the owner/manager with a lawsuit. I had taken my bad post down because they seemed genuine about being sorry for threatening me and for my bad experience with the estimate. Now that I got the email, I will again say they recommend things which are not needed and nickel and dime you to death. I would stay away from this company! Anyone who has to defend themselves so aggressively is by no means honest!
