  • Just as the previous poster stated.. I was told I could "cancel at anytime" by Jason the technician. This turned out to be false. He was nice enough and seemed to be knowledgeable but the lady, Sue, who answers their phone is awful. She acts incredibly put out anytime you need anything. When I said I'd like to cancel, she said I couldn't. Not wanting to argue I agreed to have one more service, which would complete the 6 I signed up for. When I told Sue this would be my last service, she said the first one didn't count because it was an "initial spray". Ummm.. Okay whatever. So we agreed to have them come to our new home(we moved a few miles away) to satisfy the last spray. I was charged 30% more and when I called to ask why, I was told it was "an initial spray at a new property, so it's more than the contracted price" and guess what? Because it was an "initial spray" it wouldn't count towards my contract! Shady awful people! They don't do anything extra for the initial spray, matter of fact, we barely had him spray anything. I called and ask that they no longer come to our property and she threatened me saying we would be charge anyway and that I couldn't do anything about it. I finally had to resort to challenging the credit card charge as too much, changing the credit card number to prevent future charges and filing complaints with the BBB and leaving negative reviews online. It's been a month and I am hopeful we're finally done with them! Choose ANYONE else.
