  • Bank of America encourages its customers to use the ATM in order to "save time" and not wait in line. Most branches will have someone in the lobby that can change out your bills for you since the ATMs only dispense 20's and 50's. I complied with using the ATM for my withdrawal and asked the older blonde woman in the lobby for change and she told me I had to wait in line for a teller ! What is the point of "saving time" at the ATM when I still have to wait in the long line for the one teller that's working ? Makes no sense whatsoever.
