  • This store is a big disappointment. I met with a carpet representative and paid for a measure. The salesman told me that he was going to give me a free install plus a 15% discount. Once the measure was completed I contacted the store to finalize the order. They told me the salesman had not documented the discount so they would have to call him at home to clarify. I was then called back and told that I had to sign up for the Home Depot charge card to receive 10% discount and present a coupon from Lowes in order to receive the other 5%. Neither of these requirements were mentioned by the sales person. I was then told by Gary that he would talk to management and get back with me. Nothing. I then called and again had to explain the situation to yet another person who had to talk to the manager. He did call me back and said they would not honor what I had been promised. This is unprofessional and very likely a consumer rights violation. I had intended in making multiple home improvements from this store but will now go to Lowes. VERY UNHAPPY former customer.
