  • Called to get some graphics for a Raptor and was put on hold for nearly 8 min. When the guy came back on he asked "what I needed?" he said "I forgot you were there". After being put on hold for another 5-6 min he asked me for the year and type of vehicle. I understand you get busy but at least communicate that to me or offer to call me back.
