  • This apartment complex is not luxurious in any way. The majority of the office staff are rude and stuck up. It's the end of my lease and I find out last minute I have to give a 60 day notice to move out .. So when I found that out, I did. And I am supposed to move out end of July and they want to change my lease month to month and raising my rent on my last two months here. The upgraded apartments are not actually upgraded they just make it look that way. The "wood" floors in the kitchen and bathroom are not real. This is just an all around bad apartment leasing company. I made extra payment for the next month to make my rent a little cheaper and I kept my receipt thank goodness, called to talk about my payment next month and the man told me I hadn't even given extra money in my last month's rent. He was so sure but then said I have my receipt and he said " oh, oh yes I guess you did" as if he didn't know what I was talking about at first. What kind of company doesn't keep track of the money that is coming in? Such a terrible company.
