  • Mickies is definitely that thing about Madison which I'll miss the most. I've tried most of what they have on their menu over the past couple of years and have never yet had a bad order. Everything is very reasonably priced and tastes as good as they can possibly get. They're insanely crowded on weekends, but are generally very free on weekdays, especially for lunch. My near-regular lunch order was that of a tuna salad sandwich, which is one of the freshest I've found around. The staff is also super friendly and polite.
