  • Picking up furniture from this place is horrible. The sales people are fine, the prices are ok, but there is no way to get your furniture that is not a terrible experience. We have had furniture delivered in the past and it had hidden broken pieces and missing screws, so this time we thought we would rent their box truck and do it ourselves, easy right? They assured us for an hour and a half that the box truck would be ready and we would get a text, then they gave it to someone else and jammed two sofas and our night stands in a pickup at the 3 hour mark and told us go. I was more annoyed that she kept saying, you did not say "box truck" after we told her if we could not get their box truck we would go to uhaul, then she repeatedly said "the box truck is almost ready" and "I will put your end tables out by the box truck". If you screw up or give it to someone that spent more just admit it.
