  • The dr. Serino is a good doctor. I liked him but their policy sucks. I made an appointment at 8:30 this morning and I made it for 1:45 this evening and something came up and I couldn't make it. They require a 24 hour cancellation notice and I got a count against me and three times and the whole family is kicked off. I called but it was too late. I told the lady on the phone you must not want patients. So I rescheduled my appointment and I'll be looking around for a new doctor.
