  • I just picked up a silk blouse that now has a large tear in the sleeve and I could tell it had been through the dry cleaning process. They said they had not cleaned it due to the tear. Not true. The blouse had been poorly cleaned and pressed. It is not about the blouse, it is about the lie. Will never use them again.
