  • I strongly recommend ANY other rental company at YYC. They are so incredibly condescending and apathetic, perhaps because they are located at an airport and therefore do not care about returning customers, but I would not recommend this location of Hertz to anyone. I should not have taken my chances and disregarded the reviews here; of all the rental car services I have used, never have I encountered such incompetence and poor customer service.
