After making an appointment with Jeremy for today he doesn't call us to say he is running late. We had to call him to find out where he is. Then after he apologizes, he tells us he had a really bad morning had to let someone go supposedly. Then he shows up almost an hour after we had called him and gets nervous when we start asking for information and confirmation on him and his company. After all he is coming INTO MY HOME ACCESSING ALL ROOMS. He seemed nervous about it all and when I answered his questions he seemed to not like my answers. Then he says he has to get a few tools to get started.
I asked why his company name is not listed by SEC of NV and that at the bottom of his website lists a TOTALLY DIFFERENT company name. Then he shows me some business tax form and says he does have a license under another name and Indoor Air Solutions LV is a DBA . His driver's license has 1 expired. One other good till new one comes and a paper one that is a temporary one.
Now I don't think there is anything wrong about confirming info when someone is coming in my house and working in house and on roof. Do you? He says he'll get a couple of tools and then I hear his engine roar as he leaves. Texts us that he doesn't feel comfortable working with us. Well Jeremy whose last name is not even on your business card, I am not comfortable with you not understanding that as a potential customer, I have to know WHO is coming into my home. No other service person from anywhere has EVER told me they're upset and have a "bad feeling" because of us verifying their info.
Well, he left so abruptly that I have to ask, what was the hurry. Did he not like it that there too many of his things that didn't match up?
