  • I've watched this business struggle over the 4 years I've been going here. The service and the quality are slipping to the extent I am compelled to address via a review in hopes that the business takes notice and takes a look at operations. Service is unbearably slow. I cannot remember the last time I saw more than one staff working and speedy customer service is never a focus. My clothes often come back with the infamous "sorry we tried to clean it" tag. Most actual stains are not resolved. The counter area and service floor are in serious need of deep cleaning and organizing. It looks like the junk drawer exploded and no one bothered to pick anything up. We need this local business to succeed please take a good hard look and make it better!
