They suck! I moved in and I had 2 weeks of maintenance work done before I can actually say I was moved in. When I was signing my lease, everyone at the office was nice but once I became a resident, I would walk in and they'd give me an "Oh you!" look. This whole new payment method is just frustrating. When I asked about it, the lady on the phone made me sound like I was mentally challenged and just said "just follow what it says on the website! It's easy!" Not renewing my lease!!
