  • Rather than wax poetic about perfectly fried eggs, succulent meat, or gooey cheese [all true, read the other reviews!], I'm going to come at this from the most realistic perspective for Calgary: street food in winter. Here are the pros and cons: + Three food trucks were outside my office on the same day, and Cheezy Bizness was clearly serving the fastest (despite the fact that one was BBQ, which is precooked). + You can keep warm with a in-truck-made soup ($2 for a substantial, tasty cup) while you wait for your 'wich. + The brisk walk back to the office will cool the sandwich down just enough so you don't burn the roof of your mouth on the awesome melty fillings. - It's not really clear which are the order (left) and pickup (right) windows..so don't wait around in the cold in the wrong line! Maybe in the summer this confusion doesn't exist, because the pickupers aren't herded like buffalo for warmth. - I'm trying not to whinge, since I know they use eggs from chickens that get back rubs every day or whatever, but $9 for a sandwich feels a little steep when they hand it to you and it's about Wonderbread-sized. The first bite consoles you...but maybe they could just put the same amount of fillings on a bigger piece of bread for hungry men like me?
