  • Saturn Concrete was recommended to me, and I have seen that they do quality work. However, their customer service is seriously lacking. I filled a web form for this company, looking for an estimate for a concrete patio extension to be done within the next few weeks. There were some glitches with the form, so I included all of my contact info in the message portion, name, phone number, email, and address. I heard nothing for 24 hours, called the business, and confirmed they had received my web form. The woman I spoke to acknowledged they had my information and assured me someone would be in touch with me soon. I have heard nothing back from this company, and that was nearly two weeks ago. We have since had another concrete company reply to our inquiry, come out for an estimate, and begin work. Saturn missed out on our business and is off our list of contractors to work with.
