  • My husband and I come here once to twice a week. We will not be coming back or recommending them ever again. We walked in and Ahmed felt that he should school us on the signage about the right place to stand to be seated,... Scolding us both as he seated us. Properly chastized, we were greeted by Anthony our server. We ordered the combination platter (which I have ordered just this month, 3 times) to be told that a mannequin sized serving of taboulis is normal, and if I want more I will be charged. Then he proceeds to argue with me, in front of the tables of strangers around us watching. I then asked another server for a manager, and was told they didnt have one....Excellent customer service! After I have almost finished my meal, Anthony brings me a tiny plastic sauce cup of taboulis, and says, if I bring more I'll have to charge you. It seemed to have a "creamy mystery sauce " floating on top. I didn't touch it. HORRENDOUS customer service! BAD manners, and self importance are not good skills for a server, which was reflected in his tip. We are typical 20% and uppers, but not this time. We will never come back. Horrible experience! Don't eat here if you want to enjoy yourself. There are tons of restaurants that have great food, and excellent customer service...Let's support those establishments.
