  • My eye surgery went as planned and that is great. So do a millions others every year. My disappointment is with the billing. I choose to pay cash for all of my medical services and my price quoted continues to grow. After the procedure, the office tried to bill me for a routine scheduled follow up visit that they require and now a year later i get a bill from the anesthesiologist for another 300. When I went for my first evaluation (also a separate fee) i was quoted a price for the service. No one mentioned the additional ~500 in fees.
