rev:text	Without a doubt this place is going to be compared to Uncle Tetsu's Japanese cheesecake. This place is essentially an uptown replicate -- the bag, the box the cake comes in, the logo burned onto the top of the soft spongy cake. The have 3 different flavours: original, chocolate, and coffee (they were promoting this today when I went and mentioned that they only just started selling this flavour!) The good!: The cheesecake is definitely really tasty. Comparing it to Uncle Tetsu's, I would say that the cheese taste is stronger here. Another huge pro to this place is that there are no lineups (yet!) I've been here a couple of times now, and each time I was in and out in about 5 minutes. A friend who recently visited had to wait about 20mins because the cakes were just finishing up and also needed to be slightly cooled before being packaged. However, while you wait, they have bottles of water for you to drink, or you can walk the plaza and they'll hold your cheesecake for you until you get back. I thought that was a really nice touch of customer service. The bad: If you like to eat your cheesecake fresh out of the over or warmed, I would suggest going for Uncle Tetsu instead. When you eat this one fresh out of the oven, I find that it's a bit too 'mushy' -- almost as if the flour/cheese hasn't quite settled yet. I prefer my Japanese cheesecakes to be slightly firmer. Conclusion? Definitely give it a try if you enjoy Japanese cheesecake! I've bought their cheesecake a handful of times now, and will definitely be back for more! Tip: Put it in the fridge and eat it chilled -- you won't regret it!
