  • Will always contact Ed first! This is now the second time Ed has delivered not only a great product but outstanding customer service! First order: I was in Vegas for a conference and the online vendor I ordered from screwed up and my banner was not going to arrive in time for my clients event. I called Ed, he was slammed but said he call around town and see if he could find someone for me. Everyone was slammed so Ed did it, put in the overtime and extra effort, printed an 8'x10' step/repeat banner in less than 24hrs and my client was thrilled with the product and I was thrilled with his service and product! Second order - another rush (not quite so tight) but because of having to fold the product for shipping, and knowing it would arrive terribly wrinkled, Ed actually steered me away from ordering from him and looking for someone local. I did, fingers crossed they are as good as Ed!!! My business is in Virginia, my clients are all over the world but I will always go to Ed when I need a sign.
