I made an appointment for a maintenance service for a Monday. They called me Wednesday and said that it was done but an inoperable horn would be an hour and a half labor. After agreeing to the fix on Wednesday, apparently they stopped working on my car Thursday afternoon the service writer calls me and tells me that there were a lot of waiting customer cars and they would get back on it Friday. Apparently not though because they never called me back on Friday and they were going to be closed for Labor Day weekend and so the earliest it was going to be ready was Tuesday after the holiday. I had to make other plans for the holiday and finally got the call Tuesday saying my car was ready.
