  • My experience at JPT was extremely positive! All the staff, from the ladies at the front desk to Casey, the PT, to all the staff in the gym, especially Mercedes, were very friendly, professional, caring, skilled and attentive. I haven't had any prior experience with physical therapy prior to JPT but I don't see how it could get any better. They were all very pleasant to work with and I truly believe they cared about me and my progress. I even came to look forward to my visits and always felt better upon leaving. Casey was very dedicated to me throughout the process and should be commended. Thank you JPT for a great experience.
