Bought a Groupon that seemed like a heavenly deal that included a facial and hot rock massage. After numerous phone calls to try to schedule an appointment, being placed on hold for several minutes, then always getting the answer they had to call me back to schedule an appointment, I finally realized it was an answering service, not the spa that takes a message for the spa to call you back at their convenience. Call backs were the following day or none at all. Became so frustrated with just trying to get an appointment scheduled, I asked the answering service to just refund me the money, but they refused. Once researching the hours of this company they only work from 10 am - 6 pm, and closed on Sundays and Mondays. No wonder why you can't get a response or get an appointment. Just saw that they were running another ad on Groupon. Buyers be aware, if they can't take care of their current customers, I don't know how they plan on getting new clients.
