  • Review Summary Without question the most incompetent, worthless, and useless entity in the entire postal code. I would venture to say the whole state; however, we do unfortunately have the Clark County Republican Party (http://www.yelp.com/biz/clark-county-republican-party-las-vegas). Send a text of dmvsahara to 347-763-6731, and pray to the Spaghetti Monster upstairs. Ramen. The Bad Yes, they now make use of something they somehow call with straight faces DASHPASS. Although they undoubtedly wasted millions upon millions of U.S. dollars on this bullshit, it is highly inefficient in the face of overwhelming hordes of constituents. (They call them "customers.") Let me be clear: There is an obvious solution to deal with this problem. You hire more human-fucking-beings to serve the constituents. Rocket science this is not. Oh, and how about you have more self-service kiosks? Why is there an hour long plus queue for the kiosk? Place another fucking kiosk at this fucking DMV goddammit! I digress. Unless you are able to get in the e-line very early in the morning -- they open at 0800 -- you will be waiting for a very long time. Here is the phone number: 347-763-6731. One sends an SMS to that number that indicates which location one wishes to suffer at. This one would be dmvsahara. You will lose a part of your soul forever. Forever. This location is run so poorly, the DASHPASS does not even work in the afternoon, and if you go an hour -- hours even -- before the posted closing time, there will be employees informing you that they are at capacity and to try tomorrow. What the fuck .... This is the kind of stuff that drives overall normal people to terrorism. Surely, Sergeant Timothy McVeigh experienced an extremely poor DMV experience once or thrice in his life. Identification cards and license plates have been issued for how many years now and they still cannot get a simple matter right? --------------------------------------------------­­--------------------------------- Some assorted quotations overheard from my time wasted here: "This shit is fucking crazy." - overweight Caucasian male. "This shit is crazy!" - super-thin African male immigrant. "You think I can use your number! I'm lookin' for a number!" - same super-thin African male immigrant approximately half an hour later. --------------------------------------------------­­--------------------------------- Bureaucracy run amok. Thanks Sandoval [R], Gibbons [R], and every other worthless Executive that preceded my residency here. Blinded monkeys collectively fucking a football could get this DMV running smoother. The Good The employees I encountered were polite and professional. Final Verdict DASHPASS ... what a fucking joke. One star!
