After receiving 3 offers from the Kelly Blue Book service we took our car to Mike Gray of Mark Kia. We were told the "inspection" would take 2 hours so we left the car and came back in 2 hrs. When we contacted Mike he said he would be right with us. 30 minutes later after having him paged he said they were almost done checking out the car. (Carmax was 40min. and a prospective buyer's mechanic was 30min.) I told him to get the car for us since we had a prospective buyer call in the interim. He told me there were leaks and problems with the vehicle (the opposite of what we were told by an independent mechanic and not mentioned by Carmax). He was offended that I "wasted his time" by having the car inspected at his dealership and took additional time bringing the car back to us. This is the very definition of pathetic customer service. I know that you're young and you may not have had any training in handling customers, but everyone I know will be informed at how poorly you treat potential customers. I wasted his time.....I guess my 2 1/2 hours mean nothing to him or anyone at your sorry excuse for a business.
