  • If I could give Zales Jewelers a minus star, then I would. I have never received such treatment as I have received through Zale's Jewelers and their repair company, which I found out is M&G Jewelers. It has been almost two months and I am still waiting on two of my rings. I had three rings to be re-sized. That's all I wanted - three rings to be re-sized. One came back okay. The coral stone ring came back and the stone had lost all of its luster. It was sent back. I also had a pearl ring to be re-sized. For almost two months, I have received the following information from Zale's: "They are waiting for parts." Parts?? Is this a mechanic shop?? Zale's called yesterday to say my rings were ready. I went over to pick them up and they were not there. The reason they gave for the rings not being there is that there must be "a glitch in their automated system." I have gone there a total of three times, using my gas and my time. I will never do business with Zale's again. I will never do business with M&G Jewelers again. And I will check with other jewelers to be sure they are not going to send my jewelry to an outfit called M&G Jewelers.
