Ok, now for an update...the Service Manager STILL never called me, so, I drove to the store personally to talk to the store Manager. He wasn't there, but the Manager on Duty heard my dilemma, listened to my complaints and called the infamous Service Manager over to talk to me. Before I even opened my mouth, he apologized to me profusely and offered me a brand new, equivalently priced, computer to take home that evening. I am now a happier camper, but must say that good customer service and communication goes a long way...
