  • This place used to be right by my house, now they moved into pickering village and we were excited to visit when craving crepes one day after hearing via their facebook page that they serve them. We were a little disappointed because we ordered 4 crepes and the only girl working there served me one on the spot which I devoured and then mentioned it would take another 5 minutes for the rest, we waited. All in all we were there more than 40 minutes. She threw away another crepe and said the batter isn't working out then proceeded to say she will whip up a new batch. We waited and she returned to apologize again after 15 minutes saying she had no eggs and couldn't make any more. Now to the crepe that was served, well it tasted more like a thin crispy bread. Very plain with only a sprinkling of sugar. Really not good. I'm going to stick to making my delicious crepes at home. Somehow I always imagine that these places who have the large griddle will serve up something exceptional but in reality it's just so utterly disappointing. The space is lovely and we had high hopes. The cupcakes are now overly sweet and completely inedible. I don't think I'll be visiting again.
