  • My knowledge of computers and technology is limited at best, but I knew my computer was running fairly slow. So I called Mark, who immediately explained what the problem was, over the phone, while remotely checking the settings and age of my computer. He and his assistant Britney, came for an in home repair, and had my computer running better than I knew my computer could run. Now my computer is so much faster, easier to use, and working better than the first day I bought it and brought it home. They explained everything they were doing and made sure I was happy with all the settings and programs before they finished. I am thrilled with my new "old" computer. Obviously, I highly recommend them.
